What We Recover

Every claim, expertly handled.

Damage doesn't follow a template — and neither do we. From a single hailstorm to total loss, we build a documented, defensible claim for every type of property damage.

Hailstones covering a rooftop after a storm
01 · Roof

Hail Damage

Roof bruising, soft-metal fracturing, granular loss. Hail claims are denied or underpaid more than any other — we know what to look for and how to prove it.

Tree fallen on residential property after windstorm
02 · Exterior

Wind Damage

Lifted shingles, sheathing damage, fascia and siding. Wind claims demand thorough inspection — most homeowners miss what your insurer won't pay for.

House engulfed in flames at sunset
03 · Total Loss

Fire & Smoke

Structural, contents, smoke and soot damage — plus additional living expenses. Fire claims are the most complex; we manage every line item from demo to rebuild.

Water gushing from burst pipe
04 · Interior

Water Damage

Burst pipes, appliance leaks, sewer backup, roof leaks. Hidden moisture means hidden mold — and a denial waiting to happen if it's not documented properly.

Home severely damaged by hurricane
05 · Named Storm

Hurricane & Storm

Wind-driven rain, surge, named-storm deductibles. Hurricane claims require fast action and aggressive documentation — every day of delay costs you money.

Denied or Underpaid

Already filed and got lowballed — or denied outright? We re-open claims, file supplements, and pursue the full amount your policy actually covers.

How It Works

A clear path from damage to settlement.

You don't pay us a dime unless we recover. Here's exactly how the process unfolds — start to finish.

01

Free Inspection

We come to your property and conduct a full damage assessment — roof, interior, contents, structural. No cost, no obligation.

02

Claim Strategy

We review your policy line by line, identify every coverage you're entitled to, and build a documented claim the carrier can't ignore.

03

Negotiation

We handle every call, email, inspection, and dispute with your insurance company. You don't talk to them — we do.

04

Settlement

You receive the maximum recovery your policy allows. We get paid only when you do — a percentage of what we secure for you.

Why Hire a Public Adjuster

Your insurer has a team. Now you do too.

The adjuster your insurance company sends works for them. Period. A public adjuster is the only licensed professional who represents you — and the difference shows up in your settlement.

Filing It Yourself

  • Insurance adjuster works for the carrier, not you
  • Easy to miss covered damages and depreciation recovery
  • Lowball offers often accepted without negotiation
  • Hours on the phone, weeks of back-and-forth
  • No leverage when the carrier delays or denies
  • Re-opening a closed claim is nearly impossible alone

Working With Foundry

  • Licensed advocate working exclusively for you
  • Every covered line item identified and documented
  • Studies show PAs recover significantly higher settlements
  • We handle every call — you focus on your family
  • Carrier knows the claim is built right the first time
  • We re-open and supplement underpaid claims
Questions, Answered

Straight answers, before you sign anything.

Most people only ever file one or two big claims in their life. Here's what they ask us first.

What exactly does a public adjuster do?

A public adjuster is a state-licensed professional who represents you — the policyholder — in a property insurance claim. We inspect and document the damage, read your policy line by line, prepare the estimate, and negotiate directly with your insurance company on your behalf.

The adjuster your insurer sends works for the insurer. A public adjuster is the only licensed claim professional who works exclusively for you.

How much does it cost to hire Foundry?

Nothing up front. The inspection is free, and we work on contingency — our fee is a percentage of what we actually recover for you. If there's no recovery, there's no fee.

My claim was already denied or underpaid. Is it too late?

Usually not. Closed, denied, and underpaid claims can often be re-opened or supplemented within the time limits set by your policy and state law. The sooner we review it, the more options you have — bring us the denial letter or settlement summary and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth pursuing.

Should I accept my insurance company's first offer?

Not before you understand what your policy actually owes you. First offers are frequently based on incomplete scopes — missed damage, missing line items, and unclaimed depreciation. Have the offer reviewed before you sign anything; the review costs you nothing.

Which states do you work in?

Foundry Claims Group is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, Nebraska, and Iowa, handling residential and commercial property damage claims across all four states.

When is the right time to bring in a public adjuster?

The earlier the better — ideally before you file, so the claim is documented and framed correctly from day one. But we add value at every stage: before filing, mid-claim when negotiations stall, or after a denial or low settlement.
